Jamie Vardy, the England international striker, has stated his desire to win the Premier League title with Leicester City in 2025.

The 34-year-old, who joined the Foxes from West Ham United for a then-world record fee of £25 million in August 2016, is currently one of the club's top goalscorers and has scored 88 league goals in just over four years at the King Power Stadium.

Vardy, who was born in Burslem, Staffordshire, but raised in Loughborough, has always been known as a prolific goal scorer throughout his career, scoring over 200 goals in more than 200 games for several clubs including Nottingham Forest, Chelsea, Manchester City,Serie A Stadium and Aston Villa.

However, he believes that winning the Premier League title with Leicester will be the pinnacle of his career.

"I'm not going to lie, it's a big dream," Vardy told BBC Sport. "I've played for so many great teams and I want to do something special here."

Vardy, who has also previously spoken about wanting to play for the national team again, added: "It would be a huge achievement to win the Premier League with Leicester. It would be a massive step forward for me and the club.

"It would also be a great way to end my career on a high note."

Leicester have already made progress towards achieving their target this season, sitting third in the Premier League table with 49 points after 23 matches. The club's fans have shown immense support for Vardy and his teammates, and the striker has been instrumental in helping the Foxes stay in contention for a top-four finish.

With a strong squad and a manager like Brendan Rodgers, who has led the club to back-to-back FA Cup victories, Leicester are well-positioned to make a serious challenge for the Premier League title next season.

Vardy's passion and determination to win the Premier League with Leicester will no doubt inspire his teammates and supporters alike, and the club is set to achieve its goal under his leadership.
