RB Leipzig has announced the signing of Dani Olmo from Real Madrid, with the Argentine joining the Bundesliga side on a five-year contract.
The 26-year-old midfielder has been one of the most exciting players in European football over the past few years, having made more than 150 appearances for Los Blancos and scoring 49 goals in all competitions.
Olmo's move to Leipzig is seen as a coup for the club, who have already signed high-profile signings such as Raul Albiol and Jérôme Boateng this summer.

Olmo is expected to make his debut for Leipzig against Werder Bremen in the opening game of the new season. He will join up with his new teammates ahead of their pre-season training camp in Spain, where they will prepare for the start of the new campaign.
